Travel Writing and Photography Seminar

Nicola Ross Travel 2

A Travel Writing & Photography daylong training session will be held by Nicola Ross & Rob Stimpson on Saturday, April 25th at the Alton Mill Arts Centre:-
With the proliferation of blogs, travel websites and on-demand printing, there has never been a better time to describe your travels in print and image. Nor, unfortunately, have there been more opportunities to present poorly constructed prose and less-than-stellar photographs.

“If you want your travel stories to sparkle and entertain, join award-winning photographer Rob Stimpson, who has just had five of his photos make it to the final round of judging for the prestigious Wildlife Photographer of the Year photo competition in the UK, and award-winning writer, Nicola Ross, and with the Niagara Escarpment as the backdrop, you will learn the tricks of the trade.”

Meant for writers and photographers of all levels, the workshop will provide practical information based on Nicola’s and Rob’s years of experience. You will come away from the day both inspired by your new knowledge and more confident that your travel tales will tell a story that is worth reading and present a picture that is beautiful to observe.
