Book trailers can be a productive part of today’s promotional tools for our new books. Many look amateurish, but here’s a nicely done one put up on YouTube for ‘The Art of Work‘, a new non-fiction book by Jeff Goins. In associating this trailer with a number of spin-off products through a website for his book, Mr. Goins creates a complete social media campaign to sell his work. In this era of minimal or no support from conventional professional publishers, this is how self-publishing can work well for new authors who feel we might prefer to go this route.
